In 1991 the government of Bolivia introduced reforms which encouraged the owners of large properties to return land to smaller farmers.
These reforms resulted in increased coffee quality and a much better yield for farmers. To avoid frostbitten coffee beans most farmers process their coffee themselves before it is transported over the mountains to the commercial centre of La Paz.
In the landscape of the snowy mountains, wide plateaus and tropical rainforests, Bolivia has ideal conditions for growing coffee. And it shows.
Coffee from Bolivia is classified among connoisseurs as a "clean cup" making it very delicate to enjoy. The mild, malted and honey-like flavour is balanced with pleasant fruity hints of apple and apricot.

Brewing Made Simple
1. OPEN the top of the Coffeebrewer in the whole width. Pull out the “string”
2. Expand and shape the base so it stands securely
3. FILLING; hold the handle. Slowly pour 0.5 l boiling water in the pouch
4. Close the zipper firmly and brew for 5 minutes
5. Shape a wide open SERVING SPOUT, as shown
6. POURING; Hold the Coffeebrewer, as shown
