The Jack Wolfskin Accelerate Pants Women are extremely light and packable rainproof overtrousers designed for bikers and hikers.

The ACCELERATE PANTS pack up small, so you will find room for them in the most crammed rucksack. They are made from ripstop TEXAPORE 3GRID, which has a 2.5 layer construction with a special protective coating on the reverse side that dispenses with the need for a lining and thus saves weight. The pants are equipped with side zips on the lower legs so you don’t have to take your shoes off first – handy if the weather breaks suddenly and you want to get them on in a hurry.

TEXAPORE 3GRID DT 2.5L
A lightweight, high tearstrength polyamide fabric with ripstop characteristics. An additional protective layer on the coating dispenses with the need for a lining. Used to make lightweight weatherproof clothing with a compact pack size.

Acrobat Cut
This particular fit allows for optimum freedom of movement. Ideal for outdoor sports like climbing and snowboarding. An additional section of material (gusset) in the crotch area improves comfort and freedom of movement.

Adjustable Hem
The adjustable hook & loop hem on the trouser legs of our pants prevents wind or snow from getting in. It also stops you from getting snagged or tangled.

Articulated Knees
A detail on our trekking and weather protection trousers. The knee section is anatomically tailored to conform to the natural biomechanics of the leg, significantly improving freedom of movement.
