Water-repellent and completely windproof, this extremely versatile garment can be worn with any Páramo Reversible shirt for wind and water resistance in changable conditions. Alternatively it can be combined with the Taiga Fleece for total Directional Waterproof protection.

Our view: The Fuera windproof jacket (unlike its counterparts the Fuera Peak jacket and Fuera smock) is designed for use in conjunction with the Paramo Taiga Fleece jacket and on its own. It offers a longer cut suited to walkers and hikers and works with the Taiga fleece -providing a windproof, water resistant shell to the Taiga jacket whose cut and sizing it mirrors - matching pocket access and making for a really flexible combination.

The Fuera windproof jacket uses Nikwax's Windproof Analogy fabric - offering water resistance with a high level of breathability and durability combined with light weight and packable characteristics. Water resistance can be further enhanced using Nikwax's TX-direct wash in waterproofing and the Fuera jacket is best used in combination with the Taiga fleece, whose pockets and fit it mirrors exactly.
