All our online card transactions are handled by SagePay and are guaranteed secure. We do not handle any credit card information. Please contact us if you require any further details on our security arrangements.
Buying from Us
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to post. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you do not wish to pay online, please call us to pay over the phone or to make alternative arrangements.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us by phone or email and we will correct the mistake and ensure the correct item is sent.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We make every effort to ensure the goods we offer are as described, however, should there be any problems with stock, price or the description of the goods we will advise you of the problem, offer an alternative or offer to cancel your order at no cost to you.
Delivery Information
Standard postage is free in the UK for most items. Some bulky or heavy items may attract a postage charge which will be clearly stated.
UK - Standard postage is usually Royal Mail Second Class standard parcel delivery.
UK - We also offer a First Class 'Signed for' service at £2.99 and a 24 hour Courier Service at £4.99.
Please note - Both our Royal Mail Second Class and First Class Recorded delivery services are not insured. We cannot be liable for the loss of items in transit or following their delivery. We strongly advise customers to choose recorded delivery or a courier service if they have any concerns over the security of items in the post or once delivered or when higher value items are ordered. For customers requiring an item to be delivered to a deadline, we would strongly advise using our courier service. International - EU orders are charged at £7.99 (4-6 Working Days, with £5.00 per additional item) and £14.99 (2-3 working days, with £8.00 per additional item). Some bulky or heavy items are clearly marked and require you to contact us prior to ordering for a specific price for delivery.
International - Non-EU orders are charged at £19.99 (with £10.00 per additional item). The delivery schedule should be up to 28 working days and we can contact you with a timescale on request. Please note - we are happy to give you an more precise price for international postage prior to your order. Please contact us for further information.

Dispatch Information
All items in stock will normally be processed, packed and posted within one working day. Items not currently in stock, on back order or scheduled to be received from our suppliers will be delivered as a priority - we will advise you following your order of any delays - including an estimated time for delivery to you.
International orders, special delivery requirements and special orders will take longer to deliver - we will advise you following your order or request with a timescale for delivery.
You must inform us within two working days of the scheduled delivery date if the goods have not arrived or have been damaged in transit. We may not be able to organise a refund or replacement item if there is a significant delay in notifying us of the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
By submitting an order, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock with either ourselves or our suppliers we will contact you to ask if you would like us to back order the item for you. You can decide to cancel the order or to be forwarded the item as soon as it is received by us (we will only charge your card once the item is dispatched to you).
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 calendar days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 7 working days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
For faulty goods, please contact us for a returns number. Once issued, please return the goods via post (as above, please ensure you take out postal insurance as you will be liable for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods). Once received, we will inspect the item(s). Should the item(s) be deemed faulty as described, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days, including your postage costs,
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition (with tags and packaging intact).
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Privacy Policy
Peaktracks Ltd trading as Castleberg Outdoors do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other parties.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses, if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to: a. Take and fulfil customer orders. b. Guarantees
Unless otherwise stated all items may be returned for any reason (by you) within 30 days of purchase and will be refunded in full.
Unless otherwise stated all items carry a one year manufacturer's warrantee against faulty materials or workmanship.
