The service I received from Castleberg outdoors was faultless. I had been let down by another supplier over stock and so I sent a stock enquiry over to yourselves to check availability before ordering. I received an e-mail straight back from Steven to say that the belt was in stock and that he had put one to one side pending an order.

I used the item first time yesterday and all is OK. Your service is excellent and I'll certainly use it again.

I placed the order and the goods were received within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend the company and will certainly order again. I deal with a lot of mail order myself where I work and we also pride ourselves on this level of service so it is always nice to see a job well done.

Just a quick note to say thanks very much for sending the paramo jacket I bought last week out quickly. Have been very happy testing it and since I'm about to set off for what looks like a week's wet walking, I'm very grateful it'll be part of my gear!

I felt I had to let you know that, following the purchase of my smock through you on 4th August I spent a week in the very wet and windy Scottish highlands and then a week in the Yorkshire Dales, where the weather was a little less severe. In both places I wore my Velez smock and it performed admirably in rain and wind keeping me warm and dry.
