Dispatch Information

Where possible, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours.

Usually items on this website are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. In some circumstances, items may be inbound from a supplier, on order from a supplier or temporarily unavailable. We hope to clearly mark these items clearly for you to see when placing an order.

Where an item is not immediately available and should the delay be more than 6 working days, we will get in touch straight away and let you know the estimated timescale for delivery.

If we make a mistake and the item is unavailable, we will get in touch straight away.
You will always have the right to cancel an order or return an item for a refund.
