When the mountain weather suddenly turns mean, that’s the time for the ATMOSPHERE SHELL PANTS.

These extremely light, very breathable and waterproof overtrousers are made from 2.5 layer TEXAPORE TASLITE. They are a key member of the ATMOSPHERE product family and are similarly designed for mountain sports use, with a very compact pack size and alpine-specific detailing.

The full length, water repellent side zippers allow the pants to be put on quickly without the need to remove footwear. The side zips can also be opened up to function like air vents. With hook & loop tabs and press studs for individualised fit adjustment.

Acrobat Cut
This particular fit allows for optimum freedom of movement. Ideal for outdoor sports like climbing and snowboarding.

ACROBAT CUT in trousers:

An additional section of material (gusset) in the crotch area improves comfort and freedom of movement.

Articulated Knees
A detail on our trekking and weather protection trousers. The knee section is anatomically tailored to conform to the natural biomechanics of the leg, significantly improving freedom of movement.

TEXAPORE TASLITE 2.5L
A very light and durably robust version of our tried and tested TEXAPORE TASLAN fabric. An additional protective layer on the waterproof, breathable TEXAPORE membrane dispenses with the need for a lining fabric and thus reduces both the weight and the pack size of the finished garment. The fabric is waterproof and breathable. It has a hydrostatic head rating of 8,000 mm and a MVTR of 9,000 g/m2/24h.
