Fjallraven products are designed and developed to withstand cold, wet and windy weather and rough, rugged terrain. As well as being highly effective at providing weather protection, Fjallraven products have a style of their own. They are classy, timeless and practical.
Central to Fjallraven products is their materials. The G-1000 material is exclusively used by Fjallraven and has been well tested in many adventure situations. G-1000 is hardwearing thanks to its dense weave, yet is lightweight and flexible to wear and has a high level of breathability making it perfect for active pursuits. When treated with Greenland Wax G-1000 becomes highly water-resistant and windproof. We have customers who have been able to turn the lower legs of their Fjallraven trousers into virtually waterproof gaiters with the application of Greenland Wax. The ability to use as little or as much wax as you like also makes Fjallraven products true all year round garments that you can personalise to your needs.

High Coast Wind Anorak
A good windproof jacket has few seams and a short zip to reduce the points at which the biting cold can get in. The High Coast Anorak provides exactly this with an over-the-head style. The dense nature of the cotton and polyamide material naturally blocks wind and the addition of Greenland Wax will further enhance the water-resistance of the Anorak. A close fitting, adjustable hood and thumb loops keep extremities protected and the large kangaroo pocket which doubles as a carry bag is excellent for carrying essential items securely and comfortably.
Fjallraven Barents Pro Trousers
Without doubt the Barents Pro are one of our most popular trousers and it’s easy to see why! They are so stylish that they are equally at home being worn for work as they for trekking in the mountains. But it’s the technical features they include really make them stand out from the crowd. Made from highly durable G-1000 fabric with double layers at high wear areas of the knee and seat mean the Barents Pro’s will last and last. A raw leg length means they are accessible for individual of all heights and the seven (yes seven!) pockets mean you are never short of carrying capacity. Our customers rate the Barents Pro for a wide range of uses from backpacking to workwear and are also a staff favourite in store too.
Fjallraven Bergen 30
Rucksacks are where Fjallraven started and the Bergen 30 is a great example of how they have combined heritage with modern techniques. Designed to be waterproof the Bergen combines Ripstop fabric with a roll-top closure to prevent water getting in. We think the Bergen 30 is a great commuter pack thanks to its removable inner bag for spare gear and specific laptop pocket. Add to this the comfortable, well ventilated back and the Bergen 30 is an excellent pack.
