Here you can learn more about the theories and benefits of Natural Running, whilst also getting hands on trying out the exciting product Inov-8 has to offer.
The evening will include:- Videoing of each participant to show, style form and foot striking, Tuition from a sponsored Athlete, short run ending back at the shop.
