Fresh in from the States, we've just received fresh stock of the hard-to-get Ultimate Direction running packs this week.
UD packs are great - we stock a great range of the Ultimate Direction Signature series packs - they are packed with features - designed by some of the best ultra runners and adventurers around. The only problem is getting hold of them! Fresh from the US, we've just got a new drop of some the best packs (in our opinion).
The SJ Ultra Vest 2.0 is a 7L capacity vest that's ideal for all the essentials you will need on an ultra event. With rear storage for safety kit and clothing, the front of the vest pack is left clear for the essential items you'll need on an ultra run: first and foremost two stable and easy to use bottle carriers are prominent - no fuss using these and easy to secure they are perfect for keeping hydrated during a run. There's plenty of side pockets and small areas to store power bars, gels etc. that you will need between check points.
Next on our list of favourites is the Ultimate Direction Jenny Ultra Vesta. This running pack was launched this year and has been very popular. It's a womens Ultra running pack - designed by women with sizing, fit and features that work best for women runners together with the essentials for storage and hydration that are easy to use on during an ultra race and easy to access.
One of our Ultimate Direction running pack highlights is the PB Adventure vest 2.0. It's 11L capacity is perfect for long ultra races such as the Montane Lakeland 100 or the UTMB. It's got a large rear storage area for emergency kit and the same easy to use bottle holders to the front. As with all the Ultimate Direction pack range, the PB Adventure Vest 2.0 features plenty of well thought out pockets for storage and retrieval on the run!
