After a few weeks break, the Guess the Weight competition is back! We’ve got two brilliant Millet Prolighter rucksacks to give away to the closest guesses to weight of Dave’s Prolighter rucksack…
As you may know, in the next week or two we’ll be getting a new brand into the store - Millet. Millet’s a French Alpine brand and make brilliant packs, clothing and equipment. We’ve been really impressed with the quality and design of the gear we’ve seen and we’re looking forward to getting to know the brand better and getting in some of their great kit.
With the above in mind, we’ve got two Millet Prolighter rucksacks to give away (one 25L and one 30L) worth £80 & £100 each. For want of a better idea, we thought we’d run another ‘guess the weight’ competition: The closest two people to guess the weight of Dave’s
loaded pack below win (Brand New) Millet Prolighter Rucksacks. The details and ‘rules’ are below!
Dave’s just back from a couple of weeks in Austria. He took a couple of Millet packs out with him and his partner to test on via ferrata routes and some ‘light’ mountaineering. He’s brought in his pack with all the essentials pictured and listed below.
All you have to do is: -
- Tweet us the total weight and retweet our competition post
- Or, comment on our facebook post with your guess of the total weight (pack + contents) and share the post
- (you might want to follow us or like us too so you can find out if you’ve won)

The small print/rules:
- The winners will be the two people with the closest guesses to the weight we’ve recorded (we have two packs to give away)
- Winning guesses will be selected from people who have re tweeted or shared our competition post
- In the event of a tie we’ll select winners at random
- The competition closes on 4th October 2014
