Please note: Given the unprecedented current situation with the spread of Coronavirus, please don’t worry about returning items back to us straight away. If you’d rather wait to post an item back to us, please do. As always, if you have any questions – please simply get in touch with us.
PS - If you are ordering an item for a Christmas gift, please order with confidence - you are fine to return any item to us after Christmas. There's no rush or limit to when you return an item.
If you are thinking of making a purchase but worried about the hassle of returning your item if you get the size wrong, it’s not what you expected or you’ve changed your mind, don’t worry, as shoppers ourselves, we’ve tried to make the whole process as quick and easy as possible.
First and foremost, we’re a family-run independent outdoor retailer – we’re small, friendly and our job is to make things as easy as possible for you so that you’ll come back in the future and use us again. With this in mind, you’re free to return items to us for exchanges, refunds or replacements with no quibble and no hassle.
