Our Review - Scott Kinabalu 2 Women:
The Scott Kinabalu has been a hugely popular shoe in the Scott trail running range ever since it was introduced, and the latest version sees set to continues that trend. It has proven comfort, protection and grip on a wide range of tracks and trails.
This year sees the Kinabalu shed a little weight, a gripper outsole and a more cushioned midsole. The upper is made from durable materials and the construction also features a support cage for added support on uneven terrain. The updated air mesh upper creates a highly breathable and comfortable environment for your feet that has fed down from RC range without compromising on ground feel.
Midsole wise the new Dual Density Kinetic Foam + material provides excellent cushioning and is said to return 14% more energy for even better efficiency. The eRide design incorporates a rocker mechanism to increase running efficiency for heel, mid and forefoot runners.
The Versatile Traction outsole provides excellent grip on mixed terrain and the sticky rubber compound and lug layout means you can traverse any terrain with confidence.
We have always been impressed with Scott Trail shoes and the new version of the Kinabalu looks continue this trend.
