Replacement Carbide Flextip as fitted to most models of LEKI poles.
The Flextip is designed to grip on all but the hardest smooth surface thanks to its hollow point Tungsten Carbide tip. It is called a "Flex" tip due to its ability to withstand a bend of up to 30 degrees about its mid-section if it gets stuck in a crack. If bent further then it may snap, but in such a way as to prevent damage to the pole section allowing the section to be re-used.
