First and foremost Injinji socks are great at moisture management. Toes can be particularly prone to blistering. Whether it's trail running, ultra racing or hillwalking, longer distances often build up moisture in footwear (from water getting in or from sweat). Excess moisture around the foot and toes in particular can increase blistering.
With toe socks, each toe is surrounded by the sock and this enhances the wicking effect of moisture away from the skin.
Feel and balance are also enhanced by wearing Injinji socks. Toes are naturally spread and separated, this gives better balance and feel.
