Our View - Patagonia Men’s Torrentshell 3L Pants:
The all new Patagonia Torrentshell pants use Patagonia's 3-Layer H2No fabric which is 100% recycled and provides excellent weather protection. The fabric is also really durable meaning it will stand up well to the rough and tough of the trails and should last you a good few years.
Designed to be comfortable all day long if needed but also easily packable into a pack when you need to take off or carry them just in case the weather turns. The pants are simply designed but highly effective. They do exactly what they need to do!
Additional details include two zippered hand-warmer pockets with feature mesh pocket bags and DWR-treated zippers for extra protection from water ingression. The elasticated waistband is comfortable and means no fiddly buttons or zips to deal with when you rush to put the pants on in wet weather. There are also two-way side zips at the base which extend from the ankle cuff to mid-thigh for maximum ease of getting on and off over boots while the partially elasticated ankle cuffs with snap close provide a secure overlap with your boots
