The Exped Flex 1.5R is a traditional style foam camping mat that folds for easy carriage and storage.
Extremely light, robust, and versatile, this closed-cell foam mat is ideal for trekking, bikepacking, or camping. It is suitable as a stand-alone mat for 3-season use or as an additional layer of insulation and protection under an inflatable mat.
The R-value of 1.7 provides reliable basic insulation and at the same time protects against sharp surfaces. The foldable construction enables quick deployment. The high-quality, environmentally friendly IXPE foam is particularly durable, water-resistant and dimensionally stable.
