Our View – Meindl Rapide GTX Men:
Built on the Meindl Comfort Fit last the Rapide is a broad fitting walking shoe with a traditional style. The suede and mesh upper with a Gore-tex membrane provides excellent waterproof protection and durability.
Grip is taken care of via the well-designed outsole which provides a nice level of traction on easy to moderate terrain and the laterally stiff sole unit means you will feel supported and comfortable all day.
If you are looking for a wider fit, comfortable walking shoe for everyday wear and easy to moderate hikes then the Rapide will provide an excellent fit.
