The Women’s Mount to Coast T1 are well cushioned, lightweight, responsive trail running shoes with a design specifically focused on longer races and training.

The midsole is designed to be high performance while also supporting sustainability. The LightCELL material is Mount to Coast’s proprietary midsole, which is turbocharged through supercritical foaming. LightCELL weighs just 50 percent of EVA while offering 45 percent greater energy return – it’s battle-tested by hundreds of ultrarunners for consistent responsiveness, mile after mile.

The all-terrain traction is provided by a trio of Vibram innovations: Megagrip rubber for tenacious traction in any condition, Litebase for 30 percent less weight without compromising performance, and Traction Lug micro-features for up to 25 percent more grip.

The unique TUNEDFIT Dual Lacing System is designed to allow you to customise your fit to the maximum by separating the lacing between your upper and lower foot. This is designed to make it easy to adjust the fit on the fly as your feet change during long runs. They are designed to accommodate the swell associated with long distance runs.

The T1 upper is designed to keep your feet comfortable whatever the weather; it dries fast and is built to last. Crafted from a high-performance woven fabric and reinforced with aramid fibres that are five times stronger than steel, the T1’s upper is relentlessly durable. Its anti-siphon knit tongue repels water, ensuring a breathable, fast-drying design that thrives in the harshest conditions.
